Two types of memberships available:
Principal Partner
- Access to ALL programs and services
- Representation and voting rights on the Executive Board
- Participation in governance
- Fees are a pro-rata share of Alliance expenses (minus subscriber and all other revenue)
- Costs are generally allocated based on relative population
Subscriber
- Access to one or more services
- Participate on program teams
- Subscription fees are paid yearly for each service and vary by program
- Some programs require one-time implementation fee
- NO representation on the Executive Board
- NO participation in governance
